A quiet wooded setting, beautiful harbor view, and a deeded right-of-way to the rocky shore all help make this a great vacation spot.  In the neighborhood of the premier boat-builders on the island and just minutes to downtown Southwest Harbor, where there is a nice selection of restaurants, shops and activities. First floor: powder room, laundry room, kitchen, sitting/play area, dining room and living room. Hardwood floors. Second floor: three bedrooms and full bath. Good-sized deck so you can sit and watch the boats. Very nicely furnished, as warm and welcoming as can be.
