You will enjoy the serene setting and beautiful views from this charming harbor side home with it's own recreational lighthouse property right on the wharf. A new wing on the main level offers a sitting room with games, small tv, and water views.There is an eat in kitchen with all appliances and stackable washer and dryer, which leads over to the main wing with a lovely living room with gas woodstove and dining table and seating for 6-8. There is a small washroom on this level, and a lovely large outdoor deck for watching the lobster boats go by. The second floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with a full bed, and a shared full bath with tub shower. Up a steep stairwell there is an attic bedroom with 2 full beds and a twin bed. The master bedroom is over the new wing with nice large windows overlooking the harbor, has a queen bed and a twin bed and large private bath with walk in shower. The recreational lighthouse building across the street has a winding stair leading to a level with a futon and desk, and the top level offers captain's chairs and panoramic views for gathering in the evening. There is no bathroom in the lighthouse property. No pets are allowed.
