This lovingly restored home was originally built in the 1930's and retains much of the grace of that bygone era. A 15-minute walk on a wooded path provides access to an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean and Acadia National Park's Loop Road. A 5-minute walk up Rte 3 will access trailheads for Day Mountain and Eagle's Crag. First floor: kitchen, bath/laundry, dining room, office, living room and sunroom. Just 5 miles to downtown Bar Harbor, 3 miles to Seal Harbor Beach, and surrounded by Acadia National Park, this is a great location from which to enjoy all this beautiful island has to offer!
